  • Cassidy earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology at Randolph College and her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Mason University.  

    She works with a wide age range, from adolescents to adults. Cassidy has experience working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse populations. She is passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for clients from all backgrounds.

    Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Cassidy is here to offer curiosity, compassion, and care as you navigate whatever you’re facing together.   • In therapy, Cassidy blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and creative expression to help you build coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move through change with confidence and clarity. Her goal is to support you as you strengthen emotional regulation, build self-confidence, and create more meaningful connections with yourself and others.
