Amy believes that everyone can benefit from support at different points in their lives. She is passionate about helping clients live their best life—whatever that may look like to them—in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. As your counselor, Amy walks alongside you, helping to navigate your life’s journey with compassion and clarity.
Her personal experiences have shaped her approach to counseling. Having witnessed the effects of alcoholism and addiction in her own family, Amy has deep compassion for individuals and families who are struggling. A self-described extrovert, she has also been humbled and inspired by her introverted daughter, who has taught her to appreciate the quiet strength and beauty in others.
Outside of her work, Amy finds joy in her family life. Amy has a daughter in college and a daughter and son in high school. When not working, she can often be found cheering her children from the sidelines of their games or volunteering in their high school.

Amy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in her practice. Beyond individual counseling, Amy works with families, couples, and provides court-ordered counseling. Her warm, approachable style helps clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
