Jessica Weigeshoff is a mental health therapist who specializes in supporting individuals affected by intergenerational trauma, post-partum anxiety and depression, and life's transitional experiences. Prior to earning her Masters in Social Work, Jessica worked in special education, with a focus on early intervention, and language development, and experience working with children and young adults with diverse backgrounds and needs. She brings both expertise and compassion to her work that is heavily built on attachment theory and a deep understanding of early childhood development. Jessica is dedicated to creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.
When she is not working, Jessica loves napping with her cats and camping with her spouse and two daughters.

Jessica is trained in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With that in mind, Jessica also feels strongly about curating a treatment plan that fits the needs of the individual and their personal experiences.
