Cali provides individual and couples therapy in both English and Spanish. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, with an emphasis on helping clients feel genuinely heard while developing insight and practical skills for meaningful change.
Cali works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, grief, family conflict, and relationship challenges. She strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others.

Cali has a particular interest in couples therapy, where she integrates the Gottman Method with emotion-focused interventions. She helps couples look beyond the surface of conflict to understand the emotions, needs, and patterns driving their interactions while developing healthier communication, rebuilding trust and connection, and strengthening their relationship.
Cali’s work also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs. Whether working with individuals or couples, her goal is to create a culturally responsive space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to make lasting changes.
