Tammy is an Army veteran with a passion for helping other veterans develop an awareness and understanding about their military and post military experiences. Tammy has a passion to work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, addiction, infertility, parenting struggles, and other mental health related issues. Her focus is to support others and provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves in a genuine, non-judgmental environment.
Tammy received her bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and continued her education, earning a master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University. Tammy believes in self-care and taking care of one’s mental and physical health. In her leisure time, Tammy enjoys bodybuilding/weightlifting and listening to podcasts/motivational speakers.
When she is not working, Jessica loves napping with her cats and camping with her spouse and two daughters.

Jessica is trained in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With that in mind, Jessica also feels strongly about curating a treatment plan that fits the needs of the individual and their personal experiences.
